Dharwad, Oct. 12 -- Karnataka Minister BZ Zameer Ahmed Khan today reaffirmed that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is set to complete his full five-year tenure.

"Siddaramaiah will remain Karnataka's Chief Minister for five years, and no one has the authority to alter that, not us. Only the high command, be it Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, or Mallikarjun Kharge, can make such a decision," Zameer told reporters.

Addressing speculation about a cabinet reshuffle, he clarified, "As far as the cabinet reshuffle is concerned, it is the high command's decision."On the state government's welfare initiatives, Zameer announced that 42,356 houses will be handed over to underprivileged beneficiaries on November 29, as directed by the Chief Minister.
