Mysuru, Oct. 18 -- Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah today hit out at the BJP, questioning their selective criticism over the denial of permission for the RSS procession in Chittapur.
"When Jagadish Shettar did it, why was there no reaction? The BJP is focused solely on politics. They do not work for the poor; they only engage in political maneuvering," he told reporters here.
Siddaramaiah added that any organisation must seek prior permission for such events, noting that the same procedure was followed during Shettar's tenure as Chief Minister.
