Mysuru, Jan. 6 -- Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who recently surpassed the record of former Chief Minister Devaraj Urs to become one of Karnataka's longest-serving CMs, exuded confidence on Tuesday about completing his full term, pledging to continue working for the people and fighting social inequality until justice is delivered.

"I have full confidence in completing my full term as Chief Minister. However, the decision on this ultimately rests with the party seniors," Siddaramaiah told reporters on the occasion of becoming Karnataka's longest-serving Chief Minister, surpassing the record of former CM Devaraj Urs, who held office for seven years and 239 days.
