Srinagar, Sept. 10 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Police's State Investigation Agency (SIA) today raided two places in south Kashmir in a case related to the escape of a Hizbul Mujahideen militant commander to Pakistan.
A former National Conference legislator Gul Rafiqi was an accused in the case.
In a statement, the SIA said that its teams raided two locations in south Kashmir's Anantnag and Pulwama districts on Wednesday morning in an FIR (No 98) registered by the Bijbehara police in 2005. The case was shifted to the SIA in 2023.
