Jaipur, Sept. 24 -- The Supreme Court has stayed the Rajasthan High Court's interim order of September 8 in the matter of cancellation of the paper leak tainted Police SI Recruitment Exam - 2021. The apex court division bench comprising Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Manmohan issued stay while hearing a special leave petition against interim order of high court division of Justices Sanjeev Prakash Sharma and Sanjith Purohit.
The HC bench had ruled against the cancellation of the paper leak tainted SI Recruitment Exam issued by the single bench of Justice Sameer Jain on August 28. Justice Jain had cancelled the entire process of the examination, selection and posting training of SIs, in the wake of large scale paper leak and other flaws. ...
