New Delhi, March 18 -- On the second day of the 5th PSPB Baba Deep Singh Hockey (Men's and Women's) Tournament, in the men's category, Shyam Lal College handed St. Stephen's College a crushing 13-1 defeat in a one-sided contest.
Playing on the grounds of Delhi University's Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, Shyam Lal College's Atul Chaudhary scored 5 goals, Pratyush Singh Jaggi scored 3 goals, while Manmohan, Abhishek, Harsh, Pankaj, and Akash contributed one goal each. The solitary goal for the loosing team was scored by Vishal.
Shyam Lal College's Atul Chaudhary was given the 'Player of the Match' award. This marks St. Stephen's College's second consecutive defeat with a big margin.
