Lucknow, Aug. 25 -- The Uttar Pradesh government today gave a civic reception to Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, who returned from the International Space Station (ISS), with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announcing a scholarship in his name for students pursuing space technology courses.
