Mangaluru, Dec. 3 -- Karnataka political scene became active once again with speculations on Wednesday on the news of Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar's proposed visit to Delhi and BJP's criticism on the personal possession of a luxury watch by the Deputy CM.
