Bengaluru, Sept. 30 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar will undertake a packed official tour covering Assam and Dakshina Kannada district on October one.
According to a tour schedule, Shivakumar will depart Bengaluru's HAL Airport at 8:30 am by special flight, arriving at Jorhat Airport, Assam, at 11:30 am. He is scheduled to participate in a condolence meeting for renowned singer Zubeen Garg in Jorhat.
Zubeen was a multifaceted artist whose influence spanned across music, cinema, and social activism. He tragically passed away on September 19 in Singapore following a scuba diving accident while attending the Northeast Festival.
