Bengaluru, Aug. 24 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and KPCC President DK Shivakumar today dismissed as "misleading propaganda" the circulation of images claiming that he was made to stand outside the jeep during the ongoing Voter Adhikar Yatra.
In a sharp rejoinder to the social media posts, Shivakumar said the right-wing ecosystem was "once again at work" by sharing selective visuals to create confusion. He clarified that the photo in question was taken before he joined Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the jeep that led the Yatra to the Circuit House.
"First, thank you for your undivided attention to the Yatra and its every detail. Clearly, it's making the right people nervous," he wrote on X.
