Bengaluru, Dec. 6 -- Congress leader and Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Saturday expressed shock over the notice served on him by the Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police following the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) filing of a chargesheet, calling it politically motivated harassment aimed at senior Congress leaders.
"Yes, it is surprising. I never expected this because the ED had already summoned me earlier, and I had responded to all their queries," Shivakumar said.
