Bengaluru, July 26 -- Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister and state Congress president DK Shivakumar today levelled serious allegations of electoral fraud, claiming that bogus votes are being systematically created across several urban polling booths in the state.

Addressing the media, Shivakumar said detailed research has revealed that votes have been illicitly shifted from one location to another without any supporting documentation. "There is clear manipulation happening under the radar," he alleged, adding that he is in possession of substantial evidence which will be submitted to the Election Commission of India.
