Mumbai, Sept. 29 -- Shiv Sena (Thackeray faction) chief Uddhav Thackeray today said that he the party's traditional Dussehra rally will be held at Shivtirth as per tradition, regardless of rain, wind or storm.

As the weather department has forecast rain on Dussehra, senior minister Chandrakant Patil taunted Thackeray by suggesting that the rally be held online instead. However, Thackeray has stood firm on his decision to conduct the event at the historic venue.

Referring to the state's heavy rains and flood situation which has severely affected farmers' lives, Thackeray said, "If farmers can endure mud and water, we too can sit in the rain and mud for a few hours. That's not a problem for us."The Dussehra rally has been of historic signif...
