Nashik, Nov. 19 -- In the general election of Nandgaon Nagar parishad in Nashik, Khan Jubedabi Ghafar of Shiv Sena (Shinde group) was elected unopposed from ward number eight 'B' as the only nomination paper was filed.
With this election, Shiv Sena's (Shinde group) first candidate in the Nandgaon Municipal Council won this election unopposed.
Mayor Rajesh Kavade, Arun Patil, former corporator Kiran Deore, Sagar Hire, etc., have filed their nomination papers from Shiv Sena Shinde group for the direct post of Mayor of Nandgaon Municipal Council.
