Ranchi, Dec. 9 -- The Jharkhand Education Project Council (JEPC) will conduct a statewide Shishu Panji Survey from December 11 to January 15, marking the first time that the exercise will be carried out through a digital platform, it was announced on Tuesday.

The survey aims to identify out-of-school and dropout children aged 3 to 18 years , forming the foundation for upcoming budget planning and annual work plan preparation under Samagra Shiksha.

According to the Education Department, habitation mapping at the school level - the preparatory first phase of the survey - must be completed by December 11.
