Kolhapur, Feb. 2 -- Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde assured that the government would provide Rs 2,100 to all women under the 'Ladki Bahin' Yojana while addressing an election campaign in Kagal tehsil.
He emphasised that the candidate with a woman listed first in the ballot box has special significance.
