Shimla, Jan. 22 -- The Jewellers Association, Shimla, has announced a three-day winter vacation for jewellers across the town in view of prevailing inclement weather conditions.
As per the decision, all jewellery establishments in Shimla will remain closed from January 24 to January 26, 2026.
In a press note issued on Thursday, the Association informed that during this period all jewellers will be on leave.
The Association expressed regret over any inconvenience that customers may face due to the temporary closure and extended an apology to the general public.
The decision has been taken considering the severe winter conditions currently affecting Shimla, which have disrupted normal business activities.
