Shimla, Oct. 8 -- Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu today reviewed the ongoing construction of the Rs 145 crore utility duct project, being developed along a 7-kilometre stretch from Chotta Shimla to Willies Park.
He directed officials of the Public Works Department (PWD) to ensure the timely completion of the project.
The Chief Minister said that construction work on the section from Chotta Shimla to Oak Over was almost complete and should be finished within the next 15 days.
He also instructed that tarring of the road and installation of streetlights along the route be completed simultaneously to avoid delays.
