Shimla, Nov. 3 -- With private mini bus operators in Shimla announcing an indefinite strike from November 3, the Shimla District Administration has put an elaborate contingency plan in place to prevent disruption in city transport services. According to official sources, officers have been deployed at all major bus stands and junctions across Shimla to monitor the situation and ensure smooth movement of passengers. DDM Taradevi will oversee operations at Dhalli Bus Stand, RM Local will be stationed at the Old Bus Stand (OBS), MT Taradevi will manage the Tutu area, while RM Rural will supervise arrangements at ISBT Tutikandi. All officers have been instructed to report on duty sharply at 7:00 a.m.
