New Delhi, Dec. 17 -- Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband, businessman Raj Kundra, have broken their silence amid reports linking them to a Rs 60 crore fraud case, firmly denying all allegations.
Raj Kundra took to social media to describe the claims as "baseless and motivated," stating that the matter is already pending before the High Court.
His clarification follows reports that the Mumbai Police have registered an FIR against the couple and invoked Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, which pertains to cheating. Addressing these reports, Kundra said that both he and Shilpa Shetty completely reject the allegations and objected to the issue being portrayed as criminal without lawful grounds.
