Palakkad, March 29 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today indicated that "Kerala is witnessing a shift in political mood and sending a message of change".
While addressing an NDA election rally at Fort ground here, he described Palakkad as the BJP's gateway to Kerala and urged voters to support Sobha Surendran and other NDA candidates of the district.
Despite the summer heat, he noted the large turnout as a sign of growing support, saying that youth, women and farmers trust the NDA and his development agenda. He promised that Kerala would see rapid progress under an NDA government.
