SHF opens 4 new branches in small towns in TN

Chennai, Jan. 31 -- Continuing its expansion in small towns in Tamil Nadu, Sundaram Home Finance (SHF) on Friday opened four new branches in the Emerging Business segment in Villupuram, Kallakurichi, Tiruvarur and Kumbakonam.

The Emerging Business comprises of small business loans of up to Rs. 20 lakhs to small shops and businesses and affordable housing finance where the company provides loans of up to Rs. 35 lakhs.

The current expansion in the Emerging Business segment follows the company's recent foray into Andhra Pradesh where it opened branches in Guntur, Elluru and Tirupathi and the new branches in TN in Pollachi, Trichy, Thanjavur, Pudukottai and Panruti, a SHF release said. UNI GV
