Kolkata, Jan. 15 -- union Minister of Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on Thursday sharply criticised the Mamata Banerjee-led West Bengal government, alleging that its actions were eroding the core principles of India's federal structure and weakening constitutional institutions.
