Pune, Dec. 6 -- Sharadchandra Pawar, chief of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar faction), has clearly stated that his party will not contest the upcoming local self-government elections in alliance with the Ajit Pawar-led NCP.
This information was shared by party city president Prashant Jagtap while speaking to the media today.
To discuss election strategy, Jagtap met Sharad Pawar and presented a detailed analysis of the possible outcomes-whether both NCPs should contest together or as part of the Maha Vikas Aghadi.
