Bengaluru, Nov. 29 -- The upcoming Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) elections have taken a dramatic turn with the High Court reinstating KN Shanth Kumar as a valid candidate for the president's post.
Shanth Kumar, representing Team Brijesh, had earlier faced rejection of his nomination on technical grounds relating to dues of INR 200 owed to KSCA by entities he represents, including M/s Deccan Herald and Prajavani Sports Club. He challenged the decision in the High Court and secured a favorable ruling.
