New Delhi, Dec. 20 -- union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday asked all the real estate developers to ensure that green area development is considered at the time when they are designing any property unit.
He said that it would not affect the profitability, but arranging for plants would provide people acquiring those spaces with better environment, and plantations will also give a boost to afforestation.
Shah, who was addressing the CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers of India) conclave, said that during the previous eleven years a lot of important works have been done for the next generation infrastructure in the country.
