New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah chaired a review meeting on the implementation of three new Criminal Laws in Jammu and Kashmir here on Tuesday.



The meeting was attended by J&K Lt Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and other senior officials.



Talking to the media after the meeting, Abdullah said, "The Home Minister has been continuously reviewing the implementation of the new criminal laws in the country as to how they have been used and to what extent. In this regards, it was the turn of Jammu and Kashmir".



He said the Home Minister informed that review meetings were held in 11 states and Union Territories.
