Dehradun, Aug. 23 -- Several people are feared missing after debris let loose in the wake of a cloudburst swept through several homes in Tharali of Chamoli district of Uttarakhand in the middle of night yesterday, catching the town residents unawares.
Rescuers are struggling to save a girl buried in a house in Sagava village of the district, state emergency operations centre sources said today.
