Mumbai, Sept. 24 -- Seven people sustained severe burns -- up to 90 per cent -- after a massive fire broke out due to a suspected LPG gas leak in a shop located in a chawl in Kandivali, a suburban area of the city.
According to Fire Brigade sources, the incident occurred at Ram Kisan Mestri Chawl, opposite ESIC Hospital on Military Road, Akurli Cross Road No. 3, Kandivali East. The fire was reported around 9 am today.
