Jammu, Aug. 7 -- First time in the history, as many as seven cricketers and a coach have made
it into the prestigious Duleep Trophy scheduled to be held from August 28 to September 15.
As per the official communique issued here today, International Cricketer from the Jammu and Kashmir and Member Cricket Operations and Development, Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association, Mithun Manhas also convened a meeting of officials.
As per the officials, out of the seven J&K players with 5 in the 15-member squad and two in the stand-by and a coach have been picked by the Senior Men's North Zone Selection Committee to represent the tournament.
