Lucknow, Sept. 9 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath today chaired a high-level meeting to review preparations for the proposed 'Seva Pakhwada' to celebrate the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Mahatma Gandhi and other leaders from September 17 to October 2.
