Bhubaneshwar, Feb. 14 -- A 76-year-old man in Odisha's Kendrapara district died and at least nine others were injured when a swarm of honey bees attacked them at a busy thoroughfare, said official sources on Saturday.
The tragic incident occurred yesterday afternoon at Jaguleipada village as the bees all of a sudden emerged from the hives and went on a stinging spree. Unable to withstand the violent sting, the victim identified as Bailochan Biswal later died at the hospital, they said.
