Patna, March 7 -- Senior RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Friday promised that separate department for welfare of physically challenged persons would be created, if RJD was voted to power in next Bihar Assembly election.
Yadav, while addressing a meeting of physically challenged persons organised by his party here, said that Nitish Kumar government had not given due attention to welfare of physically challenged persons during its long tenure of twenty years. Bihar was a state having third highest population of physically challenged persons in the country but they were not being taken care of, he lamented.
