Mumbai, June 12 -- The BSE Sensex on Thursday rose by 58.07 point to 82,573.21 in early trade, amid mix global cues as investors weighed the implications of the US-China trade agreement alongside rising geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
The Nifty advanced by 25.75 pts at 25,139.65.
Sensex registered intraday high and low at 82,586.16 and 82,411.56 respectively.
The Nifty registered day's high at 25,169.60 and low at 25,117.60 pts.
Midcap fell by 156.72 points and Small cap by 74.85 points
Sectoral gainer were: Energy by 0.10 pc, FMCG by 0.10 pc, financial by 0.14 pc, healthcare by 0.85 pc, telecom by 1.00 pc, bankex by 0.13 pc, consumer durables by 0.15 pc and oil and gas by 0.02 pc.
