Mumbai, June 9 -- The BSE Sensex on Monday rose by 429.05 pts to 82,618.04 in early trade tracking. Positive cues from Asian peers.
The Nifty advanced by 130.00 pts at 25,134.40.
Sensex registered intra-day highs and lows at 82,699.00 and 82,541.72, respectively.
The Nifty registered a day's high at 25,160.10 and a low at 25,104.85 pts.
The mid cap advanced by 334.32 points, and the small cap rose by 442.31 points.
All sectoral indices except Realty, which was marginally down by 0.10 pc, were trading with a positive bias. Capital Goods was the top gainer, up by 0.89 pc.
Other gainers were commodities by 0.41 pc, energy by 0.65 pc, FMCG by 0.24 pc, financial by 0.58 pc, healthcare by 0.33, industrials by 0.81 pc, utilities by 0.58 pc, ...
