Mumbai, Aug. 12 -- Senior Congress leader Ramesh Chennithala, who is also the party's Maharashtra in-charge, said today that the Congress-led INDIA alliance would have "no problem" if the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena and the Raj Thackeray-led Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) join hands.

Chennithala was speaking to mediapersons in Pune after attending a residential workshop for newly appointed Congress office bearers.

"If the two brothers are coming together, we have no problem. There may or may not be an alliance between the two in the forthcoming elections," he said.

"Raj Thackeray is not in our Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA). Therefore, we do not know if there has been any discussion of an alliance between Uddhav Thackeray and Raj Thackeray...
