Chennai, March 18 -- Senior BJP Leader and union Minister Piyush Goyal will arrive in Tamil Nadu on Thursday, in a key political visit aimed at holding talks and finalising the seat sharing pact with the NDA allies for the April 23 high stakes Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
The elections would witness a four cornered contest with the key players being the formidable ruling DMK-led Secular Progressive Alliance (SPA), the AIADMK-led NDA, actor Vijay's nascent Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) which would be testing its electoral fortunes for the first time and the Naam Tamizhar Katchi (NTK) of another actor-director Seeman.
