Hyderabad, Oct. 14 -- Telangana Panchayat Raj, Women and Child Welfare Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka urged voters to elect Congress candidate Naveen Yadav in Jubilee Hills bye-election scheduled to be held on November 11.
