Hyderabad, Aug. 5 -- Telangana State Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka met Union Minister of State for Rural Development Pemmasani Chandrasekhar in Delhi on Tuesday to discuss issues related to rural development and the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS).

She was accompanied by Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, Greater Warangal Mayor Gundu Sudharani, and Mulugu District Congress President Paidakula Ashok.

Seethakka appealed to the Union Minister to increase funds under the rural employment guarantee scheme for Telangana.
