Hyderabad, Jan. 12 -- Telangana Panchayat Raj, Women and Child Welfare Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka on Monday held a crucial meeting with State Director General of Police Shivadhar Reddy at the DGP's office here to discuss issues concerning the Tribal Police Battalion.

The Minister, along with MLAs Koram Kanakaiah, Tellam Venkat Rao and Jare Adi Narayana, brought to the DGP's notice several problems faced by personnel of the Tribal Police Battalion at Sattupalli. These included concerns related to new recruitments, promotions, local status and transfers.
