Hyderabad, Dec. 17 -- Telangana Minister for Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, and Women and Child Welfare, Danasari Anasuya Seethakka, on Wednesday congratulated the staff of the Panchayat Raj department for the smooth and peaceful conduct of the Gram Panchayat elections across the State.
She said the successful completion of the elections, which play a key role in strengthening grassroots democracy, without any untoward incidents was a matter of pride for Telangana.
The Minister extended special appreciation to State Election Commissioner Rani Kumudini for her constant monitoring, transparency and commitment in ensuring a fair election process.
