Dhaka, Dec. 18 -- : The Centre for Integrated and Holistic Studies (CIHS) Thursday has strongly condemned an intimidation incident at the Indian High Commission in Dhaka, calling it a "grave security breach" and a "clear violation" of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
CIHS said the safety and inviolability of diplomatic missions are non-negotiable obligations of the host country. Following credible security concerns, India's Visa Application Centre in Dhaka has been temporarily closed as a precautionary measure.
