Imphal, Aug. 23 -- Security Forces and Manipur Police have intensified their crackdown against unlawful activities across the state, leading to several arrests.
Yesterday, an active cadre of a proscribed group was apprehended from Khongman Zone-III, Imphal East district.
In another operation, a 25-year-old man was arrested from New Keithelmanbi Bazar, Imphal West district. Security forces recovered a country-made pistol, a magazine, and a 9mm live round.
