Imphal, Feb. 14 -- After bringing troubled Manipur under President's rule, the authorities on Friday tightened security around the Raj Bhawan and other important locations, while discussions continued within the ruling BJP to find a successor to N Biren Singh, who quit as Chief Minister last week.
