Pune, Oct. 5 -- A heated altercation broke out between Vadgaon Sheri MLA Bapu Pathare of the Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar faction) and NCP AP office-bearer Bandu Khandve during a public event in Pune. The incident occurred at a program organized to honor a retired army officer, where both the leaders were present.
