Hyderabad, May 1 -- South Central Railway (SCR) has introduced AI-based passenger information assistants - "Bholu Mini" and "Bholu Max" - to enhance commuter convenience through smart, interactive, and multilingual support systems at railway stations.
The advanced system was demonstrated on Friday at Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad, in the presence of Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, along with Divisional Railway Manager Santosh Kumar Verma and other senior officials. The AI assistants were conceptualised and developed in-house by Dr Anirudh Pamar, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Hyderabad Division.
