Bhubaneswar, March 30 -- Biju Janata Dal (BJD), President Naveen Patnaik, on Monday declared that his party will continue its agitation over the tragic fire at SCB Medical College and Hospital until those responsible are held accountable. In a statement addressed to a joint protest organised by opposition parties in Bhubaneswar, Patnaik strongly criticised the government, questioning the accountability of the so-called "double engine government," which claims to serve the people.
He asserted that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) cannot evade responsibility after putting millions of lives at risk.
