Shimla, Dec. 16 -- The legal battle over Rs 1,500 Crore ancient property belonging to the Brahmo Samaj Trust has gone to the Supreme Court and the High Court from the trial civil and revenue courts as a number of matters, including criminal and civil cases, are pending in several courts in Himachal Pradesh.
In a similar civil dispute related to control and ownership of this multi-billion-rupee property located at the heart of the town was heard by the Division Bench of the Supreme Court on Monday.
