Patna, Jan. 16 -- Taking exception to obstruction in search operation by of ED at I-PAC office, the former union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said he "condemned the way constitutional norms were torn apart in West Bengal" when Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee attempted to stop Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials during an investigation, and said that the remarks made by the Supreme Court during the hearing of the matter raise serious questions.
