New Delhi, March 4 -- Hundreds of homebuyers, waiting for possession of their flats in a project in Gurugram for over 12 years, today got no relief from the Supreme Court on their petition for a directive to ensure its early completion.

The top court dismissed the writ petition filed by the homebuyers of Project Greenopolis and asked them to approach the appropriate forum, such as the High Court, before seeking intervention from the apex judiciary.
